1. Can I modify an order or combine multiple orders?

Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to add items to it. However, you can create a new order for any additional items you require. If you wish to combine separate orders, please contact us directly for assistance.

2. Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before it is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be revoked. For information regarding returns, please refer to our Return & Exchange policy.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: International MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.


4. What are the available delivery options?

We provide delivery services within Hong Kong. Customers also have the option to pick up small lifestyle items from our Archetypal Showroom. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

5. Why are certain products not available for pick-up?

Due to product attributes or bulkiness, some items may not be eligible for self-collection.

6. How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery fees are as follows:

- HK Island: HKD $600 per order.

- Kowloon and New Territories: HKD $700 per order.

- Lantau Island: HKD $1,000 per 1 Pallet.

Please note that these charges exclude container terminals and Outlying Islands. Delivery will be carried out using a ten-ton lorry equipped with a lift suitable for handling the purchased goods.

Staircase Charges

(Staircase charges are not applicable for online payments.)

For delivery addresses requiring staircase access, an additional fee of HKD $100 per floor will be applied. If your delivery involves staircase access, please contact our customer service after placing your order for further instructions and arrangements.

In the event that the delivery person arrives at the delivery location and finds the need to climb stairs, but the customer has not provided the staircase fee, the goods will be delivered to the ground floor.

Large Item Surcharge:

(Goods that require two people to move will be considered as large furniture)

A mandatory surcharge of HKD $800 will be applied for large items.

7. How can I select a preferred date and time for delivery after making a purchase?

Our customer service team will personally contact you once your order has been confirmed to discuss and arrange the date and time of delivery.


8. Am I eligible for a refund?

Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer exchanges, refunds, or returns.

9. Can I exchange damaged or defective items?

We strongly advise carefully inspecting the goods before signing for them. If, unfortunately, you receive an item that has been damaged during transit, please notify us immediately. It is important to report any damages or defects at the time of delivery, as failure to do so may result in the inability to process a return. Kindly provide your order number and include a photo of the product.

10. Do you provide installation services?

We do not offer installation services.
